I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Jackie, Dr. Lam, and Dr. Walia. After dealing with a frustrating and disappointing experience at another dental office, I was feeling incredibly anxious about getting my root canal done. However, from the moment I walked into their office, I was met with professionalism, kindness, and a level of attentiveness that immediately put me at ease. Jackie was incredibly helpful from the start. She was warm, welcoming, and made sure I had all the necessary information regarding my appointment and treatment plan. She took the time to explain the process and answered all my questions patiently, which made me feel valued as a patient. Her organization and efficiency made the entire scheduling and check-in process smooth and stress-free. Dr. Lam and Dr. Walia were outstanding. They both took the time to assess my situation thoroughly and genuinely listened to my concerns. Unlike my previous experience at the other dental office, where I felt rushed and unheard, Dr. Lam and Dr. Walia prioritized my comfort and ensured I understood every step of the procedure. I was initially very worried and nervous about getting a root canal given how painful their reputation is but to my surprise I felt no pain AT ALL. Dr Walia is very thorough and comfort is her priority. They were incredibly gentle, constantly checking in on me throughout the treatment to make sure I was comfortable and pain-free. Their attention to detail and expertise were evident, and I truly felt like I was in the best hands possible. Although they squeezed me in their schedule last minute and I was also running a bit late from traffic and the rain, Dr. Walia did not rush through the procedure. What stood out the most was how accommodating they were. Given that I had already gone through a frustrating ordeal with another dentist, they made every effort to ensure this experience was completely different—in the best way possible. They worked with my schedule, made sure I received prompt and proper care, and followed up to check on my recovery. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares about their patients the way they do. I am very grateful to this team for providing the best care possible. I am beyond grateful to Jackie, Dr. Lam, and Dr. Walia for their outstanding service, professionalism, and kindness. They completely turned around what had been a stressful and painful situation for me. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental care—especially if you’re looking for a team that truly prioritizes your well-being.

I had an dental emergency and was booked to be seen quickly. The care I received from the office was amazing. Everyone was quick, they listened to my concerns and helped calm my anxieties. The follow up appointment was just as great. Dr Brett Bracco and the team are phenomenal
